XRP May Plummet to $1 Before Long-Term Price Surge
EGRAG CRYPTO, a cryptocurrency analysis firm, suggests that XRP may drop to $1 before a long-term price increase. This prediction is based on historical patterns and technical indicators, including the 300-week moving average.
The 300-week moving average, currently at approximately $1.03, serves as a crucial support level for XRP. EGRAG CRYPTO drew parallels to the 2020-2021 cycle when XRP retested this average before rallying from around $0.17 to $1.96.
The firm believes that a similar retest could set the stage for another significant price appreciation, provided the support level holds. A pullback to the $1-$1.1 zone is seen as a potential accumulation area where buyers may defend the moving average.
If XRP maintains this range and rebounds, EGRAG CRYPTO suggests it could follow a trajectory similar to the previous bull run. Key resistance levels include $1.65, followed by the $2-$2.8 zone, which would open the path toward long-term targets of $15, $27, and even $50.
