XRP Plunges to Record Oversold Levels as Bulls Eye $20 Rebound
XRP has reached its most oversold level on record, according to market analyst Ash Crypto. This extreme reading of the Relative Strength Index (RSI) is a key momentum indicator that has historically appeared near major market bottoms.
The RSI has fallen below the levels seen during the March 2020 COVID-19 market crash, suggesting selling pressure may be easing. XRP remains about 72% below its all-time high after briefly dipping to $1 last month.
On-chain data shows that Upbit's XRP reserves are declining, while Binance still holds roughly 200 million more XRP than it did before the October 2025 rally. Additionally, Binance trading activity has dropped about 46%, indicating fewer tokens are circulating on the market.
