XRP Positioned to Capitalize on Gold Commodity Super Cycle
The conditions for an XRP super cycle are finally aligning, according to Digital Asset Investor. He believes this cycle will coincide with a major run in commodities, particularly gold.
Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse recently highlighted the inefficiencies of traditional financial infrastructure by citing the Central Bank of the Netherlands' struggles to relocate $11 billion in gold between New York and London. Only 70% of the gold was actually moved, taking months to accomplish. The process was even more arduous for Germany, which took four years to repatriate 674 tons of gold worth $36 billion from vaults in Paris and New York.
