XRP's price is hovering around $1.35 to $1.37 as of mid-September, stuck below the key $1.40 resistance level that has capped its recovery. The price has been consolidating between $1.30 support and $1.40 resistance, with no clear breakout in either direction.

The daily RSI sits at about 51.7, below its signal average of 58.2, indicating bearish pressure. On the four-hour chart, the MACD line has crossed above its signal line, but both lines remain below zero. This means that the market is still in a bearish state.

Roundhill delayed the effective date of its XRP Covered Call ETF to October 11, 2026, and Listed Funds Trust also pushed the Teucrium 2x Short Daily XRP ETF to the same date. These delays do not mean rejection, but rather that regulatory processes are still ongoing.

XRP Ledger transactions dropped sharply by over 55%, raising concerns about network activity. The total transactions fell to 1.2 million, while successful transactions dropped to around 970,200. Active users also fell 42.3% to 126,200.
