XRP Price Stabilizes as Whale Activity Surges Amid Bearish Momentum
Ripple's XRP price has shown resilience in the face of bearish trends, with a recent surge in whale activity and network usage despite a weak momentum. The number of wallets with over one million coins has increased by 32 in three months, according to Santiment data.
This rise comes as whales flip bullish on XRP due to the growing use of the RLUSD stablecoin and the expansion of the XRP Ledger into tokenization, payments, and settlement. Stronger hands are absorbing panic, patience is replacing simple price-related hype, and future volatility becomes more interesting for bulls.
The number of XRP active addresses has increased by 84% from August 1 to 11, with network activity rising despite the dropping odds of the CLARITY Act bill getting approval in 2026. The upgrade on the XRP Ledger will boost the network's usage in decentralized finance (DeFi), further contributing to this surge.
