XRP Price Stands Firm Above $1.35 as ETF Inflows Boost Bullish Case
XRP's price has shown resilience in the face of heavy selling pressure, maintaining its value above $1.35 despite a sharp pullback from its local high near $1.70.
The market data presents a mixed scenario, with aggressive selling being absorbed rather than immediately pushing the market lower. The open interest seems to be cooling after its sharp spike, raising questions about whether there is a possibility of another leg up or a deeper correction.
The spot ETF inflows have strengthened the bullish case for XRP, with $110.49 million in weekly net inflows taking cumulative inflows to around $1.66 billion. This increase in demand is combined with declining exchange reserves from 2.8 billion to 2.6 billion, reducing the amount of XRP readily available on the exchanges.
The derivative data adds another positive signal, with XRP climbing despite deeply negative spot and futures CVD. If the XRP price holds $1.35 to $1.38 and ETF inflows remain strong with improving CVD, it could retest $1.70. A break below the support could trigger a deeper correction.
