XRP Price Surges 4% Amid Whale Resistance and Elevated Exchange Supply
The XRP token saw a price surge of 4% as buyers tested a dense cluster of whale resistance. According to data from CryptoQuant, Binance held about 2.62 billion XRP in exchange reserves.
Whale sell walls extended toward $2.00, limiting the immediate upside room for the token. Market analyst CW noted that whale supply remained stacked from roughly $1.48 through $2.00, which could slow follow-through despite the latest rebound.
The surge put XRP back against a dense cluster of sell orders, with CW identifying several visible supply zones before reclaiming earlier 2026 levels. The analyst also linked several recently formed walls to large Coinbase-linked accounts.
