XRP Range-Bound as Slowing ETF Inflows Weigh on Sentiment
XRP has been stuck in a two-month trading range, with prices fluctuating around $1.098. Despite ecosystem developments on the XRP Ledger (XRPL), including Mastercard's integration of its 'Verifiable Intent' standard for AI-agent payments and Ripple's introduction of 'Ripple Mint', an institutional platform tailored to the lifecycle management of Ripple USD (RLUSD), market sentiment remains cautious.
The slowdown in spot XRP ETF inflows has been a major headwind, with weekly net inflows dropping to their lowest level since April. This decrease in inflows is being viewed as a key swing factor in determining whether XRP can break out of its current range. Analysts note that a sustained break below support could put the $1.00 psychological handle into focus.
Technically, XRP is trading below its 50-day exponential moving average (EMA), and the relative strength index (RSI) has slipped below 50, indicating bearish momentum. Price targets remain highly dispersed, with some analysts predicting a potential move toward $1.20 and the $1.20-$1.30 zone if momentum improves.
Despite the current caution, XRPL continues to log infrastructure and regulatory milestones. The value of real-world assets (RWA) represented on XRPL has surpassed $3.5 billion, while on-chain agent transactions have exceeded one million. These metrics are seen as evidence of deepening network utility beyond speculative trading.
