XRP Rebounds Above $1.40 as Analyst Eyes $2.70 Target
XRP has recovered above $1.40 after its sharp drop from $1.70, according to recent market activity.
The token rebounded following a sharp increase in spot trading, which reached its highest level since February in late August. Binance handled nearly $7.3 billion in XRP trades, followed by Upbit at about $4.7 billion and Bithumb at $2.6 billion.
Additionally, demand appeared in XRP-linked investment products, attracting more than $110 million during their best week of 2026 at the end of August. Cumulative net inflows reached a record $1.66 billion, while the funds remained positive for a second straight month despite slower inflows last week.
Analyst EGRAG CRYPTO says a breakout could eventually send XRP toward $2.70, but first it needs to reclaim resistance at $1.50 and $1.60 before reaching the psychological $2.00 level.
