XRP Reclaims $1.42 Amid ETF Asset Gap
XRP has reclaimed the $1.42 mark, but despite this price increase, U.S. spot-XRP funds still trail net inflows by about $210 million. According to SoSoValue data reproduced by CryptoTuts, cumulative net inflows reached around $1.69 billion, while current assets held by these funds stand at approximately $1.48 billion.
The gap between these figures suggests that capital is still entering regulated wrappers, such as exchange-traded funds (ETFs), even as XRP's price remains relatively stable near $1.40. This new demand acts as a cushion for sellers, but the ultimate outcome will depend on the asset's price performance.
XRP's path to this rebound was not without its volatility. The token's price fell to $1.3508 on Wednesday before surging to $1.4712 the following day. However, it then surrendered most of that gain, demonstrating the uncertainty surrounding XRP's market movement.
