The data reveals a significant difference between the number of accounts holding smaller amounts of XRP and those controlling larger balances. For instance, there are 1.3 million accounts holding between zero and 20 XRP, while only 131 accounts fall within the 20 million to 100 million XRP range.
The most concentrated category in the table contains four accounts with balances of 1 billion XRP or more, collectively holding approximately 6.42 billion XRP. In contrast, millions of accounts hold relatively small amounts of XRP, leading some to speculate that these larger holders may represent a 'losers list' that could potentially turn upward.
