$XRP Rush Hour Takes Shape as Institutional Adoption Grows
The $XRP Ledger has developed its own 'rush hour' in on-chain trading volumes, according to an analysis by Evernorth Japan. The study shows that between 13:00 and 16:00 UTC, which is when major financial capitals overlap, a significant spike in activity occurs. In July 2026, this three-hour window accounted for 23.5% of all weekday on-chain $XRP trading volume, compared to 14.3% in July 2025.
This phenomenon indicates that professional market participants are synchronizing their operations with the traditional interbank market schedule. The overlap period is when worldwide liquidity reaches its peak, and the emergence of a pronounced 'rush hour' suggests that major financial institutions have begun using the XRPL network on a large scale. This development points to the growing maturity of the $XRP Ledger.
