XRP Sellers Losing Control as Binance Inflows Hit Record Low

Despite its nearly 72% decline from an all-time high of $3.66, XRP has managed to hold above the crucial $1 mark after a long correction.

CryptoQuant analysts have noted that Binance exchange inflows for XRP have dropped to their lowest level on record, averaging just 3.6 million tokens per month. This suggests that sellers are losing control and investors are choosing to hold onto their XRP rather than sell into the current market.

The longer-term trend indicates a consistent decrease in selling activity, with the 90-day moving average of exchange inflows falling from nearly $460 million in early 2025 to around $69 million. Meanwhile, exchange outflows have reached record highs, indicating that more investors are transferring XRP into private wallets rather than leaving it on trading platforms.

CryptoQuant analyst Darkfost believes this rare on-chain shift could be a deciding factor for XRP's next major move. However, analysts also caution that lower exchange inflows alone will not trigger the next rally, and fresh demand is needed to match the shrinking supply.
