XRP Set for Massive Rebound as German Analysts Sound Alarm Bells
German analysts are sounding alarm bells on XRP's price, claiming it is 'brutally oversold' and due for a significant rebound. This comes as Rakuten Wallet Senior Analyst Yasuo Matsuda in Japan also pointed to a repricing of XRP, stating that the price will 'show up' eventually.
Digital Asset Investor attributes this underperformance to Wall Street's deliberate suppression, which he believes is intended to keep the price down until it's time for a massive upward movement. He cites Bitcoin's bear phase as a possible indicator, with altcoins expected to follow suit.
The regulatory environment is also accelerating, with the SEC set to propose 'red crypto' rules that could allow new projects to raise capital without triggering registration requirements. Digital Asset Investor sees this as a key development, stating that once these rules are in place, Wall Street will be able to come in and support XRP.
Ripple's recent transfer of 50 million XRP has also raised eyebrows, with Digital Asset Investor noting that such moves 'rarely happen without a reason.' The executive behind the transfer described it as an opportunity to 'rewire the financial system,' pointing to sovereign wealth funds and regional banks investing in real-world asset tokenization.
