XRP Sharpe Ratio Surges to 1-Year High on Binance
The XRP Sharpe Ratio has reached its highest level in over a year on Binance, indicating improved risk-adjusted performance for the asset. According to recent data, the ratio rose to around 0.207, surpassing levels seen since August 2025.
This increase suggests that investors are now seeing better returns relative to the level of risk associated with XRP compared to most of the period since August 2025. However, a high Sharpe Ratio does not guarantee continued price growth, and the indicator could fall if volatility increases or XRP suffers another sharp correction.
XRP's recent price action also indicates why caution is necessary. The asset has pulled back from its three-month high of $1.69, currently trading at around $1.35, down 3% over the past 24 hours and 10.20% in the last seven days.
The decline follows XRP's rejection from the $1.50-$1.55 resistance zone, with the asset retracing toward the $1.30 support level. A break below this level could trigger stop-loss selling and potentially push the price toward the $1.25 downside target.
