XRP Stablecoin Transfer Volume Surges Past $5B
The XRP ecosystem has seen a significant surge in stablecoin transfer volume over the past month. According to data from RWA.xyz, the total value of stablecoin transfers on the XRP Ledger reached $5.25 billion within the last 30 days.
This represents an increase of 18.21% compared to the previous 30-day period and marks a notable growth in the stablecoin market on the XRP network. The number of stablecoin holders has also grown, with a 10.13% rise over the past month to reach 80,740.
The stablecoin market capitalization has expanded by 26.04% to $1.10 billion within the same period, after crossing the $1 billion mark just last month. The growth of the stablecoin market is largely attributed to the increasing presence and adoption of Ripple's stablecoin, RLUSD.
RLUSD's market value on the XRP Ledger has risen by 26.86% over the past 30 days to reach $1.033 billion. Its share within the distributed RWA market on the XRP Ledger has also increased by 10% to 66.32%. The overall tokenized asset market on the XRP Ledger has shown mixed trends, with some areas experiencing growth while others have slowed down.
