XRP Stuck in Neutral Range as CLARITY Act Deadline Looms
XRP has been trading in a tight range between $1.00 and $1.19 for nine weeks, following a sharp decline from $1.30 in June.
The token's price is currently below its 200-day EMA, which is still sloping downward at 31% above spot, and the CLARITY Act remains stalled in the Senate without a scheduled floor vote.
Ripple's August escrow release has added around 200 to 300 million XRP to circulating supply, but this is unlikely to be the sole driver of price weakness.
