XRP Surges as Traders Bet on Bounce from Critical Support Level
Ripple's XRP price has surged as traders bet on a bounce from its critical $1.00 support level, up 1.42% to $1.02.
The move is largely driven by speculative buildup in derivatives ahead of the U.S. inflation report, with open interest surging $171 million in one hour and funding rates spiking over 200%.
National Bank of Canada has quietly disclosed its holdings in XRP and Bitcoin ETFs through a regulatory filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, including 3,848 shares in the Bitwise $XRP ETF worth about $330,000.
The combined disclosed XRP and Bitcoin ETF holdings total approximately $6.98 million.
