XRP Surges on $28M ETF Inflows, Whales Accumulate 460 Million Tokens
XRP's price surge continues as institutional buying and ETF demand push the token to new highs. On August 26, US spot XRP ETFs recorded $28.14 million in inflows, marking the second-largest daily figure of 2026.
The largest contributor was Bitwise's XRP ETF, which pulled in $13.12 million and accounted for nearly half of total inflows. Franklin Templeton's XRPC fund added $9 million, while Canary Capital's XRPC brought in $6.01 million.
Large holders took advantage of the pullback to accumulate around 460 million XRP, their highest buying activity since February. This suggests confidence among bigger players despite the price retreat from recent highs.
