XRP Surges on Institutional Frenzy and Infrastructure Developments
XRP's price has surged by 4.3% over the past 24 hours to $1.40, following a period of consolidation around the $1.34-$1.35 range.
This bounce comes amidst a flurry of activity in the Ripple ecosystem, including institutional and infrastructure news that is drawing attention from both retail and institutional traders.
However, on-chain data shows a widening gap between these two groups, with retail traders losing nearly twice what they're gaining while larger holders are doing the opposite.
The same pattern seen before XRP's run to $1.68 in August is emerging again, with a level of $1.3459 marked as a potential turning point where retail selling coincided with accumulation from larger wallets.
Ripple's treasury stack has also been expanding its reach, with German logistics and manufacturing giant TRATON connecting to the platform to access both XRP and RLUSD on the same platform without needing new vendors or wallets.
