XRP Surges to Two-Week High as Whale Buying Continues
XRP's price surged to $1.16 on Tuesday, its highest level in two weeks, following President Trump's agreement to the ethics provision blocking the CLARITY Act.
However, this recent rally has little to do with XRP itself, as the whole market was bouncing at the time, with Bitcoin climbing back toward $61,000.
The bigger push came when U.S. inflation data for June showed prices falling 0.4%, and the producer price figures released the next day confirmed the same cooling.
XRP whales have been quietly adding coins for five straight weeks, through a stretch where the price barely moved, with wallets holding between 100,000 to 100 million XRP adding 2.8% more coins over this period, worth roughly $700 million at current prices.
