XRP Takes the Field: Kansas Jayhawks Partner with Ripple

The Kansas Jayhawks have started their college football season off strong, and in doing so, they've given XRP some valuable exposure.

In their Sept. 7 game against Long Island University, the Jayhawks cruised to a 51-6 victory, with quarterback Isaiah Marshall throwing for 246 yards and two touchdowns. The team generated 613 yards of total offense while holding LIU to just 146.

The XRP branding was prominently featured in the game, thanks to a partnership between Kansas Athletics and Ripple. This multi-year agreement makes XRP a prominent part of the university's sports branding, with XRP jersey patches appearing on uniforms across all Kansas Athletics teams.

The partnership goes beyond just logo placement, as Ripple will also support financial and technology education programs for Kansas student-athletes and the wider campus community. The company will also expand a talent pipeline connecting Kansas graduates with technology-sector career opportunities.
