XRP Tapped for Onchain Shift, Not Clarity Act

Financial analyst Versan Aljarrah believes that XRP is poised to benefit from a broader shift in global finance, rather than the CLARITY Act. According to him, this shift involves the growing use of regulated, programmable stablecoins.

XRP sits at the center of this movement, as it enables settlement demand to shift away from older financial infrastructure and toward more efficient onchain rails.

Aljarrah notes that this absorption of settlement demand will eventually lead to a restructuring of XRP's price. He points out that his own portfolio reflects this thesis, with XRP being heavily allocated since he entered at 18 cents.

When asked about the CLARITY Act, Aljarrah dismisses it as 'theater,' suggesting that bills like this often generate retail excitement before larger players use them as a liquidity exit.
