XRP Tops Average Trade Size Among Top 10 Cryptocurrencies

XRP has taken the top spot among the top 10 cryptocurrencies by market capitalization in terms of average trading size. According to blockchain media outlet The Crypto Basic, XRP's average trading size was tallied at $86,680 based on TradingView's crypto screener.

This figure is significantly higher than that of Bitcoin and Ethereum, which were recorded at $14,200 and $3,280 respectively. Major stablecoins such as USDT and USDC also fell below XRP's average trading size.

While XRP had fewer transactions than some large blockchains, the amount moved per transaction was larger. This has led to speculation that institutional funds may be flowing into the network.

However, experts caution that average trading size alone cannot confirm institutional participation. Large transactions can also appear in exchange wallet transfers or fund movements by whale investors.
