XRP Tumbles Below Support Levels Amid Whale Selling and Declining Network Activity
XRP has dropped below critical support levels at $2.00 and $1.90, making both zones resistance areas due to declining network activity and ongoing sales by whale investors.
Analyst Ali Martinez warned that XRP could potentially drop 55% based on current market conditions.
The decline in network activity has seen active addresses fall from 46,000 to under 39,000 within several days. This decrease coincides with the holiday season when investor participation typically decreases.
Despite this, the five spot XRP ETFs have attracted $1.15 billion in net inflows since November 13, outperforming Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana ETF counterparts.
