XRP Unveils Quantum-Resistant Roadmap Amid Growing Crypto Threats

XRP plans to make its ledger quantum-resistant by 2028 to counter future crypto threats. Ripple has outlined a four-phase roadmap to achieve this goal.

The plan starts with an emergency 'Quantum Day' response, where the XRP Ledger will quickly block vulnerable signatures if quantum computers advance faster than expected.

This phase is followed by testing new quantum-safe cryptography standards and integrating them into the ledger's core protocol.
