XRP Volatility Hits Three-Month Low Amid Bullish Elliott Wave Analysis
XRP's volatility has hit a three-month low as realized volatility on Binance dropped to 0.34, its lowest reading in three months. The decline reflects a significant drop in daily price swings after the market experienced elevated volatility in June.
History shows that these quiet periods rarely last, with volatility typically expanding on major news, stronger volume, or a shift in sentiment. CryptoQuant analyst Arab Chain noted this trend, observing that XRP's 30-day realized volatility on Binance has fallen to its lowest reading in three months while price holds near $1.07.
An Elliott Wave analysis suggests that XRP is completing a major pullback in the $1.00 to $1.06 zone and could be poised for a significant increase, with projected targets ranging from $6.42 to $43.83 by 2029. However, this requires three conditions: confirmation of the divergence, price breaking out of its current downtrend, and reclaiming the prior cycle high at $3.60.
