XRPH Wallet Breach Exposes Thousands to Crypto Theft

A recent breach of XRPH Wallet, a mobile wallet built by XRP Healthcare, has resulted in the theft of approximately 267,000 XRP and millions of dollars in related tokens from thousands of accounts. The attackers exploited a flaw in the wallet's staking feature, which leaked seed phrases to a remote server.

The breach occurred on September 3, 2026, and was confirmed by XRP Healthcare the following day. The project urged users to stop using the XRPH Wallet until further notice while it investigates affected transactions and works with relevant parties to freeze and recover stolen assets.
