XRP Healthcare has confirmed that unauthorized transactions affected approximately 4,011 XRPH Wallet accounts, resulting in losses of around $452,000. The incident began on September 3, with users being instructed to stop using the wallet while the development team investigated.

The investigation traced the stolen assets to one Ethereum wallet and contacted exchanges about freezing funds. Independent investigators attributed the compromise to a seed phrase leak through the staking function of XRPH Wallet.

Former Ripple developers criticized XRP Healthcare, alleging that earlier grant reviews identified project risks, which were not publicly disclosed at the time. The company has rejected the criticism, accusing former developers of celebrating another team's losses.
