XRPL Agentic Transactions Skyrocket to Nearly 4 Million
Ripple's XRP Ledger (XRPL) has seen a significant surge in agentic transactions, reaching nearly 4 million in just a few weeks. According to data from t54, this represents a growth of approximately 29% in four days alone.
This milestone is notable given the current price of XRP, which is trading around $1.40 and down roughly 4% over the past 24 hours. This divergence between token price and XRPL usage highlights the growing adoption of the platform for machine-readable services.
The acceleration in agentic transactions becomes even clearer when compared to July, when XRPL had only recently crossed 1 million transactions. The infrastructure is built around x402, an HTTP-native payment protocol that enables software agents to pay for digital services without a conventional checkout process.
