Despite ongoing struggles for the XRP price, the decentralized exchange (DEX) order book volume on the XRP Ledger (XRPL) saw a significant spike in Q2 2026.

The data from Evernorth, the largest XRP Treasury firm by total holdings, reveals that trading through the XRPL DEX order book rose 79% year over year to 3.57 million XRP per day.

This increase came despite a drop in accounts participating in order-book trading, which fell from 1,864 to 1,111 per day.

However, the average amount traded by each account rose significantly, reaching 3,217 XRP per day, compared to 1,072 XRP a year earlier.
