The XRP Ledger Foundation's CTO, Denis Angell, has highlighted a surge in amendment activity following the launch of a new scorecard feature on XRPL. This tool provides real-time data on every amendment before it reaches mainnet, allowing for easier tracking and evaluation.

In a recent update, Angell noted that 48 hours after the board went live, there were 278 pieces of amendment surface exercised for the first time. Two amendments went from single digits to 100% coverage, while Sponsor lit 77 new cells, and Devnet as a whole reached 91%. Additionally, 8 out of 16 amendments had every cell green, each linked to at least one validated transaction.

Angell drew an analogy with quantum physics, stating that 'a system behaves differently once it's observed.' He highlighted the importance of observation for understanding system behavior and noted that ledgers exhibit similar properties. The XRP Ledger Foundation has also revamped its website with a new design aimed at making the XRP ecosystem more accessible to institutions, developers, community members, and newcomers.
