The XRP Ledger (XRPL) saw significant trading activity in Q2 2026, with an average daily order-book volume of 3.57 million XRP, a 79% increase from the same period last year.

This increased trading volume came despite a decline in the number of accounts initiating trades, which fell by about 40% year over year to around 1,100 per day.

As a result, the average amount of XRP traded per account per day rose to approximately 3,200, compared to around 1,070 XRP per account in Q2 2025.

The increase in trading volume was also reflected in the number of assets traded against XRP on the order book, which fell from about 480 a year earlier to around 319 per day in Q2 2026.
