XRP's $39M ETF Inflows Test Whether Price Can Hold Above $1.50

XRP's price surge of 51% last week to $1.50 was its strongest weekly gain since November 2024, outpacing Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana.

The rally followed a Treasury announcement to buy back at least $4 billion in long-duration bonds, which sparked speculation about yield curve control, a stimulus tool markets read as bullish for risk assets.

Meanwhile, nearly $2 billion in XRP short positions got liquidated along the way, adding further fuel to the move.

XRP's derivatives volume fell 23.98% to $8.83B over the past 24 hours, showing trading activity easing after this week's sharp moves, but positioning still leans long, with traders remaining broadly positioned for more upside despite today's pullback.
