XRP's Bullish Catalysts Remain Unfulfilled Amid Price Weakness
XRP has been making significant strides in various areas, but its price hasn't reflected this growth. Despite regulatory wins and institutional adoption, XRP's price remains around $1.09, about 70% below its all-time high of $3.65.
The seven spot XRP ETFs now hold over $1 billion in assets, and RLUSD has expanded the XRP Ledger's utility. Ripple's legal victories have removed years of uncertainty, paving the way for greater institutional participation. The company is also advancing tokenization, digital asset custody, and cross-border payment solutions.
Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse has reiterated XRP's advantage over SWIFT as a settlement asset. He argues that XRP transactions settle in seconds, minimizing market exposure, whereas traditional cross-border transfers can take days, leaving institutions exposed to greater settlement and counterparty risk.
Veteran market analyst EGRAG CRYPTO believes XRP could be approaching a pivotal inflection point. If the pattern confirms, he sees an initial upside target of $6.40, with a prolonged bull market potentially supporting much higher long-term valuations.
