XRP's Court Win Trumps Senate Uncertainty
The CLARITY Act is making progress in the Senate, but its passage or failure won't change XRP's fundamental position, according to crypto commentator BankXRP. The bill currently has 51 confirmed or likely yes votes and needs 60 to advance.
BankXRP argues that XRP already secured something most crypto assets haven't: a court ruling establishing its legal status. This precedent holds regardless of what happens in the Senate, making XRP's position independent of the bill's fate.
If the CLARITY Act passes, XRP will benefit from regulatory clarity alongside other digital assets. If it stalls, XRP becomes the asset that institutions can point to as already tested in court, giving it an advantage over others waiting for Congress to define their status.
