XRP's Descent into the Channel: A 76% Crash Looms

XRP's price continues to slide within a descending channel pattern on its daily chart.

The asset has been stuck in a downward trend since hitting an all-time high of $3.6 in July 2025, and now trades at $1.08, down 70% from the peak.

A descending channel is characterized by two parallel downward-sloping trendlines, with the upper line acting as resistance and the lower line serving as support.

XRP has attempted to break out of this channel twice before, but both times it met resistance at the upper trendline, causing a pullback.

Now, if XRP's price continues to slide towards the lower trendline, it may drop to around $0.84, a 22% decline from its current price and a 76% crash from the $3.6 peak.
