XRP's Price May Not Reflect Institutional Capital Waiting in the Wings

Black Swan Capitalist founder Versan Aljarrah believes that XRP is 'trading as if the CLARITY Act delay is fully priced.'

Despite the Senate pushing the vote on the bill to September, the price of XRP has not collapsed.

Aljarrah argues that what remains unpriced is 'the size of the institutional capital that was waiting for that exact clarity before adding size.'

The CLARITY Act is designed to establish legal distinctions between digital assets classified as commodities and those classified as securities.

Institutional players operating under compliance requirements need regulatory clarity to allocate capital, and multiple major institutions have publicly supported the bill.

The longer the delay stretches, the more compressed that capital becomes, according to Aljarrah.

XRP currently trades at $1.01, a level it has held for over 600 days through various market conditions.
