XRP's Risk-Adjusted Returns See Big Jump as Price Ticks Up
Ripple's XRP has seen an improvement in its risk-adjusted returns, according to CryptoQuant data. The token's Sharpe Ratio on Binance reached its highest level since August 2025, stabilizing at around 0.207. This increase in the indicator suggests that returns have improved relative to the amount of volatility investors are facing.
The recent rise in the Sharpe Ratio coincided with XRP's price recovery, which has seen a nearly 30% gain over the past month. However, this does not confirm that XRP has entered a steady uptrend. The indicator could reverse quickly if market volatility rises or the token undergoes a significant correction.
Additionally, institutional demand for XRP-linked investment products was high last week, with US-based spot ETFs pulling in $110.49 million in five days. This is the first weekly inflow above $110 million since early December 2025.
