XRP's Selling Pressure Hits Record Low Amid Binance Inflow Drought
XRP's selling pressure has dropped to record lows as Binance exchange inflows have plummeted, suggesting that investors are choosing to hold onto their XRP rather than sell. The token has recovered from its long correction, trading above $1 after falling more than 72% from its peak of $3.66.
CryptoQuant analyst Darkfost noted that the average monthly Binance inflows have dropped to a record low of just 3.6 million XRP, down sharply compared to previous market cycles. The longer-term trend shows exchange inflows have fallen consistently rather than temporarily.
The data indicates that sellers are losing control as more investors move their XRP into private wallets instead of leaving it on trading platforms. However, analysts believe that lower supply alone will not trigger the next rally, and fresh demand is needed to match the shrinking supply.
