Xryma Plc Unveils Regulated Euro Stablecoin, XrymaCoin
Xryma Plc, an EEA-authorised electronic money institution supervised by the Central Bank of Cyprus, has announced the upcoming launch of XrymaCoin (XREUR), a regulated euro stablecoin. The coin will be issued on-demand and redeemable at par with Xryma as the issuer.
XrymaCoin has been designed to work like traditional money, with instant issuance and transfer capabilities via Xryma's Paidby Mastercard A2A open banking capability, SEPA Instant, and the European Central Bank's T2 RTGS. The coin will also support multicurrency payouts instantly in Euros and to over 60 countries next business day.
The launch date for XrymaCoin is set for September 3, 2026. The Whitepaper for the issuance of the Electronic Money Token was notified to the Central Bank of Cyprus on June 29, 2026, under Article 51 of the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR).
