Solana Co-Founder Criticizes Robinhood Chain Fees

Anatoly Yakovenko, co-founder of Solana, has criticized Robinhood Chain's fees, saying they profit from network congestion rather than charging users openly.

Roughly $4.22 million in transaction fees were recorded on Robinhood Chain in one day against 10.4 million transactions, averaging around $0.40 per transaction.

This fee is higher than what Solana charges, which is a base fee of 5,000 lamports per signature. At the current price near $102, this fee stays well under a cent, at around $0.0036.
