The yen's recent rally and rising bond yields are exerting pressure on Bitcoin and other risk assets, according to LCX AG. The company notes that its application for authorisation as a crypto-asset service provider under MiCA is currently under review by the Financial Market Authority (FMA) Liechtenstein.

L CX AG has stated that it does not offer crypto-asset services to persons in the EEA pending authorisation, and existing EEA clients are limited to withdrawals during the wind-down. This means that Bitcoin investors in the European Economic Area may experience restricted access to their funds.

Crypto-assets involve significant risks, including total loss, as LCX AG itself warns. The company does not provide services to persons in the United Kingdom or the United States due to regulatory restrictions.
