Yorkville America Expands into Broader Asset-Management Platform
Yorkville America, the firm behind President Donald Trump's Truth Social ETFs, is expanding its business to become a broader asset-management platform. The company plans to acquire an institutional asset manager focused on separately managed accounts and has already launched its first ETF outside of the Truth Social brand, the Yorkville America MANGOS Plus Index ETF (NYSE:FRUT). This fund combines AI platform companies with semiconductor and hardware companies that support the technology buildout.
The firm is not just betting on big-name AI stocks but is also focusing on the 'picks-and-shovels' side of the AI boom, including memory. Yorkville has already registered the Yorkville America Next Generation Memory ETF, which includes names such as Micron Technology and SanDisk. The MANGOS strategy also gives exposure to private companies Anthropic and OpenAI through perpetual futures.
Yorkville's expansion is not limited to just AI; it also plans to launch a space ETF, macro funds focused on reindustrialization and currency debasement, and crypto covered-call products, among others. The company aims to compete across themes rather than build a single niche franchise.
