Yorkville America, the asset management company behind the Truth Social brand's ETFs, is nearing completion of an acquisition deal to expand its product line. According to a report by ChainCatcher, via Reuters, the company plans to acquire an institutional asset management firm in a transaction expected to be completed by September.
