YZi Labs Backs TermMax to Bolster On-Chain Bond Market Infrastructure
TermMax, a fixed-rate lending protocol developed by Term Structure Labs, announced that it has received strategic investment from YZi Labs. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. This is in addition to TermMax's existing backing from notable investors including Cumberland DRW, HashKey Capital, Decima Fund, Longling Capital, and MZ Web3 Fund.
TermMax has been live on mainnet since April 2025 and currently operates across 10 EVM-compatible chains. The protocol features 60 fixed-rate markets and 40 strategy vaults, with over $10 million in total value locked and more than 1.5 million registered wallets. Keyrock, Hardcore Labs, Edge Capital, and Origami serve as Curators, managing strategy vaults on the protocol.
TermMax's integration of Ondo Global Markets in January 2026 enabled the launch of the first fixed-rate borrowing market to accept tokenized U.S. equities as collateral. The protocol has since expanded its offerings with the addition of Binance's bStock and a recent launch on Robinhood Chain, where users can post QQQ, SPY, and NVDA against USDG.
