Zanaadu's On-Chain Revolution in Social Media

Zanaadu is the latest social network built on the Bitcoin Satoshi Vision (BSV) blockchain, aiming to differentiate itself from other platforms by enforcing its rules through on-chain mechanisms.

The platform, which has been in private beta since December 2025 and launched publicly this month, connects to BRC-100-compliant wallets such as Yours Wallet, Metanet Client, and BSV Desktop/BSV Browser.

Zanaadu's architecture is more ambitious than many of its predecessors, featuring covenant-enforced rules, on-chain identity numbers, and open-source overlays. This approach ensures that engagement counts are not just anchored to the chain but enforced by it.

The platform's main consumer feature is its on-chain user number ownership, allowing users to own their @number, which is tied to their identity and cannot be taken away or reassigned.
