Zcash ETF Hits $500M Mark as Options Trading Begins
The Zcash ETF (ZCSH) has reached an asset under management (AUM) milestone of over $500 million, just two weeks after its debut on the NYSE Arca. The fund's AUM surpassed $500 million on September 8, coinciding with the start of listed options trading on the fund.
The ZCSH ETF allows investors to gain exposure to Zcash (ZEC) without directly investing in the token. However, it is not a registered investment company and does not carry the same regulatory protections as funds registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940.
DCG International Investments acquired approximately $100 million worth of ZCSH shares through an authorized participant, which included contributing 85,705.32563297 ZEC in exchange for those shares.
