Zcash Forms Inverse Head-and-Shoulders Pattern, Targets $595
Zcash (ZEC) has regained momentum above key support and is forming an inverse head-and-shoulders pattern on its two-hour Binance chart, with a potential target at $595.
The cryptocurrency was trading around $512 in early August after recovering from a pullback toward the $470-$480 region. Analyst Umer noted that ZEC's ability to remain above the $450-$470 support zone is a sign of continued strength.
Trader Nebulabsxyz identified a possible inverse head-and-shoulders formation, with a neckline near $525 and potential targets around $570 and $595. However, resistance near $510-$525 has already played an important role in recent price action, making acceptance above the zone more important than a brief intraday move.
The broader technical readings present a mixed picture. While tradingView-based analysis shows a constructive bias on the daily, weekly, and monthly timeframes, oscillators remain relatively subdued. The current setup combines a defended support zone with improving short-term structure and a potential bullish reversal pattern.
