Zcash Holder's $589K in Stuck USDT Sparks Concern Over NEAR Intents Compliance

A user claiming to be a Zcash holder has reported that approximately $589,000 in Tether USD (USDT) remains inaccessible on the NEAR Intents cross-chain swap rail nearly two months after a shielded Zcash (ZEC) transaction executed through the Zodl mobile wallet.

The initial swap was successful, but when the user attempted to deposit the USDT for another swap, it became stuck. The funds were never credited to the user's account on NEAR Intents, despite the platform initially treating the issue as a technical problem and later applying a 'temporary withdrawal restriction' pending an administrative review.

The user voluntarily provided addresses, transaction hashes, screenshots, and proof of ownership to support their claim. NEAR Intents wrote to the user on July 23 that the compliance review had been successfully concluded and that all associated funds would be released and accessible for use.
